General Terms of Use

  • Our services all include call-out fees. Free quotes are only given over the phone.
  • If the customer requests that we be present physically at the property to provide exact quotes, he or she must pay a reasonable call-out fee.
  • Same Day Pest Control Kew only registers requests for services completed within 24 hours. No complaints will be entertained after 24 hours.
  • Extra charges will be applied if we discover the item(s) to be more damaged or if additional work is required.
  • Same Day Pest Control Kew does not have a refund policy.
  • The customer must allow technicians to photograph the pest-controlled site before and after the Pest Control Services.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

  • The customer has the option to cancel and change the booking. They only need to notify us of the changes by contacting our customer service line at our toll-free numbers or sending us an email.
  • Customers must notify us of any cancellations a minimum of three hours before the designated time.
  • If the customer cancels the booking before the technician/operator arrives at the property, a call-out fee will be charged. There will be no additional charges for attempting to change the consultation date and time.
  • Services not secured may get cancelled at the discretion of the company. We will also reschedule or postpone the service in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Payment Policy

  • Payments must be made on the same day that the service is completed. Cash, credit cards, and AMEX cards are all accepted forms of payment.
  • If the customer is not present at the property during the time of service, full payment is required in advance.
  • If payment is not received prior to the start of service, the work will be halted. Furthermore, Same Day Pest Control Kew reserves the right to alter the quoted prices if the property condition differs from that mentioned at the time of scheduling the appointment or if the customer requires additional work to be completed.
  • We bring moveable machines that we can transport upstairs to the high-rise apartment. However, if the building does not have an elevator, additional fees may apply.
